Het doel van het lokale Chapter is het organiseren van activiteiten voor leden van de Harley Owners Group en het aanmoedigen van deelname aan andere H.O.G. – evenementen. Chapter-activiteiten en aangelegenheden worden uitgevoerd op een wijze die past bij een gezinsgerichte, apolitieke filosofie. Met andere woorden, het doel van het H.O.G.® Chapter is het organiseren van activiteiten voor onze leden die de band met hun gezin bevordert en die de passie voor het motorrijden, in het bijzonder het merk Harley-Davidson, uitdraagt.
